Leave your details and we'll get back to you shortly

Contacting us is the easy part. Picking the right engagement shape is usually the harder question — and that's something we'd rather help you think through than pressure you into. The form on this page goes straight to a human, not a chatbot, and we reply within one business day. Before you write, here's what most first conversations tend to cover, so you can arrive ready.

What to expect from a first conversation

A first call is 30 minutes and free. We'll ask about the problem you're trying to solve, what you've already tried, what systems you currently run on, and what a good outcome looks like. We're blunt about what's a good fit and what isn't — if the problem is genuinely better solved without software, or with an off-the-shelf product you can buy tomorrow, we'll tell you. If we do see a real fit, we follow up within a day or two with a short written proposal, a rough timeline, and a fixed price for the first scoped piece of work.

What kinds of projects we take on

We focus on four areas: AI agents and chatbots (WhatsApp, website, internal Slack/Teams); business process automation (CRM, accounting, e-commerce integrations, document workflows); API and system integrations (connecting SaaS tools, legacy systems, bespoke middleware); and legacy modernization (wrapping old systems behind modern APIs and progressively replacing them). We do not take on generic "build me an app" projects that are unrelated to AI or automation — there are better-suited teams for those.

How we price and engage

Most projects are fixed-price per scoped piece of work, not open-ended time and materials. That keeps budgets predictable and aligns incentives. Small automations or proof-of-concepts usually fall in the $2,000–$6,000 range; a full AI agent or modernization engagement usually runs $8,000–$40,000 depending on scope. After launch we offer an optional lightweight retainer (a few hours a month) for monitoring, small changes, and a standing line of support, but it's never mandatory.

Other ways to reach us

Besides the form on this page, you can reach us on WhatsApp using the button in the bottom corner of the site, email us directly, or connect on LinkedIn. For ongoing clients we also maintain a private Slack channel for faster back-and-forth. We're based in Israel and work with clients across Israel, Europe and North America.

Contact — frequently asked questions

How fast will someone reply to my message?
We reply to every inbound message within one business day — usually within a few hours during working hours. If your message arrives on a weekend or holiday, expect a reply the next business day.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first 30-minute call is free and has no obligation attached. We use it to understand your problem and see if we're the right team to help. Only if we both agree there's a fit do we follow up with a written proposal.
Do you work with companies outside Israel?
Yes. We work with clients across Israel, Europe and North America. Most of our work is remote; for longer engagements we sometimes visit on-site for discovery workshops.
What information helps us move fastest in the first call?
A short description of the problem you're trying to solve, which systems are involved, roughly how many people or how much volume, and what success would look like. If you have example documents, a current workflow map, or a list of the tools you use, that helps even more.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before the first call if your business requires it. Just mention it in your message and we'll send one over.
Can we start small before committing to a big project?
Almost always that's exactly how we recommend working. A small proof-of-concept or a single scoped automation lets both sides verify that the collaboration works before anyone commits to a larger engagement.

The fastest path forward is usually to drop a short message on this page describing the problem you're trying to solve. We'll reply with a few clarifying questions and, if it looks like a fit, suggest a time for a free 30-minute call.
